you got something there. see if you can sweeten the sound a bit. the dialog is somewhat thin and hollow. I wish the res was higher it was a bit difficult to judge visually but I gather you're going for a somewhat desaturated look (which isn't to this posters liking - but I'm sure you can make it work)l. The edit on the clip needs a little work. Consider the jump cut when the lackey grabs the guys head. It seems you linger on the setup of him putting his hand on his head. It slows things down a bit. if you were editing for continuity you should change the camera position so the jump isn't so obvious - however if the jump is part of a stylistic choice then consider trimming the head of the shot where he puts his hand on the guys head before he slams it on the desk...

best of luck. I see you're selling executive producer titles. Make sure you have your ducks in order and contracts are iron clad. Typically a court will understand a donation as just that (no vested interest in the film). However an Exec producer typically is entitled to profit sharing...If it's not spelled out in your contracts/releases someone may feel like they own a piece of your project.

When the guy falls down maybe the scene where he actually falls may be some milliseconds faster?

Desaturated look on internet is something that tends to look muddy, so I won't say much. Perhaps some elements can be saturated? Work with ranged desat? Anyway, that's the CC decisions, so I won't advice anything.

Looking good, Shaun.
