Where can I buy the washers on the back of Epic? I am missing one and I need them for my battery pack. I contacted Red but they don't sell them. Anyone recommends a good place to get one?

PM me. I might have something for you. Might also try McMasters Carr or Aircraft Spruce and Specialties.

You might try going to a good hardware store and looking in the fasteners isle in the stainless steel section. You'd be surprised how many times you can find exactly what you are looking for at a fraction of the cost of any camera-related seller. Some camera parts are special. But many are just standard nuts and bolts.

Plenty of M4 washers available. Think hardest part will be matching the exact 2mm thickness as most washers aren't made to tight tolerances - no idea if the thickness tolerance is critical - it may not be. I no longer have an Epic to check.

If you think the thickness is critical on examination, then measure your existing ones with vernier/digital callipers. Then take your callipers to a hardware store & find one which matches.
