Alright, when you go to buy your "field use" Mac book pro, don't just get what seems adequate at your local Mac store (like I did...duh?!!) such as a 5400rpm 15" intel.

Why? You ask.

Because you can order a 7200 online with an extra 40 Gigs of storage for only 225.00 extra.

Bottom Line: Order online! (7200rpm)

Don't worry, I've already ordered the 7200 and returning the 5400 tomorrow.

Peace,

B.

I ordered a MacBookPro with both the 7200rpm internal drive and 1920x1200 screen last month.
No regrets here. FYI I highly reccomend the Caldigit S2VR Duo raid that I have hooked up via XPRESSCARD. It's a hardware RAID and because of port multiplication, only 1 eSATA cable is required.
