Hi Tom, I can guarantee that lens won't fit on an Epic-MX. You'll be able to mount it on a Dragon sensor camera, which has a wider open area in front of the sensor than the MX (though even then you might not be able to focus all the way to infinity, as the rear lens element moves backwards and forwards while focusing and extends furthest back when focused at infinity), but not on an MX camera.

As a general rule of thumb, when you're looking at Leica-M mount lenses for use on the RED MX camera's, the lens won't fit if its rear lens element extends more than about half a millimeter from the back of the silver bayonet part of the lens.

Here's a diagram that shows the increased indented area you get with the Dragon sensor OLPF channel, but which still also shows how close the back of an M-mount lens gets to the area beside the indent, which is the total area available on the MX cameras (approx. 7mm, that 6.5mm of lens bayonet mount has to enter into).

And just to confirm the above, I haven't used that particular 15mm Voigtlander lens myself, but the 12mm version of it has its rear lens element protruding to pretty much the same extent and it had to be physically cut into a rectangular shape to fit into the OLPF channel in front of the MX sensor.
