Its a pretty awesome spread. Everyone go pick up a vogue.

heh heh thanks michael...

You can buy a copy and frame it... unfortunately we can't make posters as there are a bazillion usage rights associated with this pullout.

Copy that...oh well...

Fashion probably stays unchanged , Fashion photography however.... nope.. still more photoshop than anything else. If it is changing photography because it's DSMC I'd like to see the motion stream it came from. that (great) picture still looks way over-processed to my eyes. and it probably wasn't shot at 180° shutter angle. or 24p so no viewing it in a film? That is my theory. :patriot:anyone got a youtube link?

I think this is missing the point...

Also, don't forget you can shoot 2 streams with hdrx. On with 180 shutter for motion and one for crisp stills.

Hi Will, thank you for your answer. I know that i'm not completely on topic. But i would love to hear from someone who actually does Shootings like these:
If you do HDRx, how do you set up your 2nd stream to have 180°? I just see +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +6 as options.

If my calculations are right, i would set up my settings as following:
Motion Stream (A):
FPS: 24
ISO 250
F:2.8
Shutter: 1/48

Still Stream (B)
FPS 24
ISO 1000 (2 Stops over ISO 250)
F:2.8
Shutter: 1/196 (HDRx +2)

am i correct? And if it were so. why would any photographer want to compromise having all his stills shot at ISO 1000 since in still Photography every detail counts, where as in motion you tend to downsample?

Beautiful. Now can you please go out, buy a ton of these and put them in the store for us internationals? :)

BRILLIANT MOVE, BRILLIANT.

Why do something small, when you can do something big? What an impact this ad will have....

WOW

I think the whole thread that began with the J-Lo image got deleted. It may be have causing confusion as to whether the cover image was shot with Epic or just the pullout. I don't think it was specifically yours.

Can somebody tell me why my post has been erased. Am I being censored. I just told a fact not an opinion ???

Very impressive. This kind of multi-functionality might cause us to abandon the vertical 'portrait' orientation for the most part. With the exception of some posters, Horizontal landscape covers 95% of new era visual imagery.
