Hello!
Up for sale I have I have Vocas's excellent MFC-1 follow focus (http://www.vocas.com/products/mfc-1), plus Zacuto's fantastic Z-Crank & Handle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzR8GP9MY3E).
The MFC-1 is a really solid (rental house quality), yet very light and low profile follow focus that's also reversible for Nikon lenses. Combined with the Zacuto's Z-Crank (bigger grip, plus a crank, plus brody movement) it's an awesome compact set up.
Condition-wise, everything is working perfectly, with just some minor wear. The follow focus has just a teensy tiny bit of backlash, but it's butter smooth, and you can adjust the amount of play if you'd like zero backlash but a bit less smoothness. Since the accessory port has a snap ring on it, the Z-Crank fits tightly with no play. Here's some pictures of the setup:
Everything together new is about $1,750. I'd sell everything for $775 shipped in the U.S. (and plus shipping elsewhere.)
I also have this: http://www.vocas.com/accessories/rail-support-dslr . The 15mm Rail kit can be used on all the camera's listed on the site (5D, GH4, etc.) as well as Blackmagic Cameras (although they do have separate dedicated baseplates for Blackmagic Cameras as well.)
B&H has the support kit for 442.50. I'd do $200 shipped anywhere in the U.S. (and plus shipping elsewhere.)
Please PM with any questions.
Thanks!
