I have a Vocas MFC-1 Follow Focas with an M0.8/36 tooth drive gear. It is basically brand new - it hasn't been used with a lens yet, just fiddled with and briefly mounted on rods to make sure everything worked. The B&H price for both is $1288. I'll sell it for $1000 shipped anywhere in the U.S. (and plus shipping to the rest of the world.)
It is a really solid, yet very light and low profile Follow Focus (info here: http://www.vocas.com/products/mfc-1). I am only selling because I bought 3 of them and now do not need that many.
