Up for sale I have this: http://www.vocas.com/accessories/rail-support-dslr . It can be used on all the camera's listed on the site (5D, GH4, etc.) as well as Blackmagic Cameras.
They do have separate individual baseplates to mesh perfectly with the BMPCC and BMCC & BMPC, though (but you'd only need to buy those, instead of the whole kit.)
B&H has the support kit for 442.50. I'd do $275 shipped anywhere in the U.S. (and plus shipping elsewhere.)
I also have Vocas's excellent MFC-1 follow focus (http://www.vocas.com/products/mfc-1), plus Zacuto's fantastic Z-Crank & Handle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzR8GP9MY3E). Everything together new is about $1,750. I'd sell everything for $850 shipped in the U.S. (and plus shipping elsewhere.)
