Hi Guys,

Just posted today. Shot on RED ONE with Go Pro and iPhone footage intermixed.

Many of you know that my "Vizzywig - Video Editor and Video Camera" App allows you to record and live switch between up to 16 iOS devices at the same time over WiFi. Once you create a multi-camera session, that entire session can be edited or the package can be shared through DropBox so that other users or friends can create their own version. We are working on adding support for the GoPro Hero 3 as well as LiveShell Pro and the Teradek Cube so that RED ONE and EPIC cameras can also be remote cameras. Our cool new "Replace Clip" function lets you replace proxy clips with full HD clips after editing.

Announcing today... Worldwide Remote Camera Network is our own server-side solution running on AWS that eliminates the WiFi barrier to collaborative filmmaking and news gathering. Now you can connect to and record from remote iOS devices over 3G, 4G or LTE but you can also connect to another camera anywhere in the world. We have not yet decided how we will charge for this incredible new collaboration service as the servers and bandwidth required are substantial. However, we are currently inviting select users to a free 30-day beta of the service. If you would like to be considered, please send us an email to invite at vizzywig dot com

Thanks Ketch. I'm hoping to implememt EPIC multi-camera support via Teradek and LiveShell real soon. Combine that with the work we are doing on EDL export and you'll be able to live-switch or rough edit the proxy clips on your iPhone or iPad and reconform with the 5K files on the Mac or PC in your NLE of choice.

Some people tried to download Vizzywig 4.0 earlier today. iTunes takes some time to update the cache across all their servers. However, Version 4.0 is now available in the App Store in the U.S. and most other countries.

We are wrapping up version 4.2. Please let me know if there are any "must-have" features you would like to see in this version.
