Visiting RED HQ

I'm heading to the US of A next month, my first time. I'm planning on making the trip to Irvine to visit RED HQ.

My question is - Can you just roll on up and look at stuff? play with new toys? Anything interesting to see?
Workshop tour? Coffee with Jared? ... Pushing it hey?

Any feedback or experience would be appreciated - I'm coming a long way (South Australia) and can't find much info online.
