Edit: $300 OBO

I'm selling a Vinten Vision 5 LF (LF, not FS, typo in the thread) tripod. (Though it is for sale.)

100mm bowl with a spreader, dolly, as well as a slider dolly with 100mm bowl (you’ll need to do some work to connect the two) and a 100mm high hat (using a pancake, you might want to swap it for a standard base).

This cost thousands new, and it’s been great for me. The slider dolly, high hat, etc. were a few hundred dollars more and I bought them new. Very smooth and can hold a medium rig comfortable (just over 20lbs). The plastic piece fell off the knob to tighten the tripod plate, but you can just tighten the metal part (circled) so this hasn’t been a problem for me.

Otherwise the tripod is in good condition, there’s wear and tear but no big flaws.

I want to sell this week if possible, if not I'll raise the price and go on eBay. I want to sell before I go on a trip.

Local pick up only. I live in east side Los Angeles but can drive to meet someone elsewhere in the city. This would be a great deal for someone just getting started with higher end gear (Scarlet owner, C300 owner, FS7, etc.). A little small for an Amira or tricked out Weapon, though.

I'm actually downgrading as I've quit shooting professionally, this is a lot better than what I switched to!

Adding one more picture.

Also including a picture of carbon fiber rails (6 feet approx) that I'm including. These need ends to hold them together and to be sanded down and clear coated to be smoother, but they're about the diameter of speedrail is the idea and would work well with the slider.

This would be a great deal for someone just getting started. Again, I'm leaving the business or I'd hold onto it.

Plastic piece missing to tighten tripod plate, just turn metal piece in red that was below the plastic knob:

Not sure how often I can up, but up. $400. Crazy cheap.

$300 OBO and I will consider offers!

I quit shooting professionally and need the space in my apartment. But this gear served me really well.

Hey Matt- I might be interested. What is the load capacity of this tripod?

It varies between 8 and 24 pounds counterbalance depending on the center of gravity; most rigs under 20 pounds should work unless poorly balanced I would guess:

It was designed for tv use–for big broadcast cameras.

I found a home for the accessories already (slider and high hat) but would still take $300 cash for the dolly and tripod if you can pick up locally. I've looked on eBay (where I've also listed this, but I can still cancel the auction) and seen a few auctions where the two have gone separately for a combined $1000+. I realize I shouldn't expect that high a price, but $300 is still a great deal even without the slider dolly and high hat.

I'm in Silver Lake but can travel a bit this weekend.
