Viewing Red through HDMI on a plasma or LCD TV?

Has anyone tried connecting the preview hdmi output to a plasma or lcd tv?
does it work? i have an LG lcd with hdmi inputs..
just curious

where can i get a 5 inch lcd with hdmi much cheaper than RED's?

My cam freezes when I plug into my Toshiba 37".

We tried this last month with an LG 37" LCD with Build 14 on the Cam and it didnt work for us - just no signal getting through, Build 15 might be different - heres hoping.

I've viewed it through HDMI on a 40" Sony LCD TV and it worked just fine for me. You're limited to 720p, unfortunately, but the signal does work.

The last time I did this was build 14; I'm not sure if there are new problems with build 15 or not.

I did it with build 15 on a Pioneer Elite 50". Worked perfectly.
