1) Do we have to be really careful about the sun hitting the opening and burning the LCD?
2) How long does it take to ship to Los Angeles?

Do you make a hing version for the 7" now? If not, can you? I would buy that in a heart beat! I LOVE my 7" grid. Thank you again for making it.

The other thing I would like is a spring loaded shutter. Right now you can open and close it, but I would like a spring to keep it closed. This way if I let go, it springs closed to protect.

hi Gene,
there is a shutter protection to prevent to burn your lcd.
to LA usually takes 4-5 days.
