viewer timecode display with home, end, page up, and page down keys. build 356

Viewer playhead does not reflect video image or timecode value.

1. Open Viewer Ctrl+0.
2. Time code mode set to any mode (like CF, TC, EC…)
3. Mouse click on timeline in the Viewer.
.....results in updated video, time readout, and playhead position.
.....which is expected.
4. Use Home, End, Page up, or Page down.
.....results in updated playhead position. Good
.....results in no change to video, and time readout. Not expected.
