Tom, I bought some things from them a few weeks ago and they were definitely open. They can be pretty sporadic at answering emails, but often a call will get their attention. And when I've ordered something from the website, that has always worked properly. What if you try calling at a different time of the day, like maybe as soon as they open?

Tom, I have no emails from you from after June 18th. No voice mails either. Our business hours are 8 AM to 6 PM. We are a small business and often in the shop making stuff. If we don't answer leave a voice mail and we do call back. We are very much in business.

I have to say my experience with VF has been great. I ordered several Ptap 5v, other bits and pieces and the individual cases for the SSD's.
when they came out with the color not being perfect they gave me a store credit and sent the cases on top of it. Good job...
