Timely post for me.
I’ve been digitizing mini-DV tapes throughout the week for a project.
I will say , so far I’m kind of shocked by the durability of DV tape.
I wonder what camera the HD footage was filmed on.
It looks the best but small sensor (1/4” 1/3”) HD didn’t really
have decent low light performance making a bit harder to work with in those
situations.
