Very Expensive (Yet Useless) RED BRICKs

I just recently had all of my RED BRICKs re-celled. Most of them are in great shape and are ready for another few years of fantastic service. A couple of them, however, will hold a charge but have buttons and LEDs that don’t function. I’m thinking the boards are bad because the cells are good and my chargers are good.


I’ve tried, via both my rep and a support ticket, to get them in for service but RED will not service them and they will not sell me the board.


What do I do?

...but can he work on the board? The guy I had re-cell the batteries gave up when he ran across a bad one.

Anyone else have any ideas?

This isn't the first time I've had an issue where I could fix the item myself if RED would just sell me the part. ...very frustrating.

He can swap out boards, LED's etc. odds are your boards needs to be replaced.
