  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Venting out to my fellow Redusers

Thankfully, no major injuries have been reported. Three people have been taken to the hospital to be treated for minor to moderate injuries. However, the accident could have been a major one, with the involvement of so many vehicles. The tanker struck a Honda, which flipped and hit two other vehicles. In fact, it is quite surprising that the only remarkable effect of the entire incident was only the closure of the 91 Freeway.

Yeah there is always a pinch line in a story, just didn't want to S$#@ on On Star, but they did F%$#@ Up majorly! SO much so that I'm seriously thinking of no longer have it active, but they did block my Vehicle when it was stolen from me during the infamous House Invasion were I got shot and robbed of al my Photographic gear, so On Star sure has its use, but for directions.. Not so sure, will get Navigation with direct link to Traffic status that will be sure to avoid Red zones.

However in On Star's defense I must say that unfortunately the Freeways operators, are mostly Idiots, and have little to no care for the Commuters, and do not have a good in off system of direct communication to insure that immediate notice of closure of freeways is reported, so people are not rerouted to a already closed freeway!

He he, yeah Nikolai, my recipe, takes no less then 4 to 5 hours, that is why when I make home made Lasagna is an event, and I make a Tone of it.

Actually I have been asked to make videos of my Cooking so I guess I will start making some for fun.

He he, yeah exactly, but they will get it next week!!

Also Joseph thanks for reporting that no one was seriously injured, as the fire and smoke sure looked very bad, but once I did get close (6 hours later) I didn't see anything that prompted me to think that they were any, and the Police officer confirmed.

Yeah Felix the tough sure counts, but I'm sure the guys at Red were starving just the same, as I promised them Lunch and sure they had not eating anything in anticipation of the Lasagnas, for that I felt bad.

Unfortunately there is no good system at all for charity around my area.

However my neighbors sure did appreciate the surprise.
 
Glad to read nobody was seriously hurt. Sorry you spent 6 hours in traffic, Ketch! That really must have been awful. Did you at least have some good music playing?
 
Wow..What a post,got kinda wrapped up in it..very sorry to hear about your lasagna`s Ketch..That`s some commercial looking food situation not to mention your amazingly beefy chopping board!

Yeah sure glad no one gut hurt Jaime!

NO one really would enjoy such a bad experience, unfortunately for me, my condition did not make it easy, and the fact that it was supposed to be a less then an hour trip made it worst, cause I had no water with me for the entire trip, no good at all for me.

But yeah at the end I was really starved, so I pulled over on the way back, and sliced my self a nice big piece of Lasagna, surprisingly still warm!

Thanks for your tough Graham, and yes every one that comes over for dinner always says that I run a commercial kitchen, and every one wants to take home my Butcher Block cutting board, ha ha.
 
Damn it! I had heard enough about your awesome ability to make anyone hungry Ketch, but with those pictures (and of Lasagna nonetheless!) I just have to eat something!

Shame it's not something as delicious as that :drool:

Ketch, you don't know me, but damn that's a nice kitchen... I love cooking and this just makes me look at my kitchen and weep.

He he, thanks Thor, and yeah, I drove the builders nuts with that Kitchen, and still it is not the way I want it, as the Gas company did not approve them to install a larger Gas flow for hight BTU capacity.
 
Ketch, you would be the best neighbor to have. Not only because you're a cool guy to hang out with and talk about everything from life to movies, but I'd have the best damn food and probably be able to put on some weight.

Sorry to hear RED didn't get to enjoy your cooking efforts today.

Thanks Steve, and I would love to have you as my neighbor, I also very much enjoyed our conversations and find you a great fellow to chat with and look forward for one day were we might work together on something.

One of this days you will get to enjoy my cosine, that is a promise to you, and yes I was sorry they did't get it either, but fortunately there is still next time.. ;~)

Unless you guys are driving a BUS, I think space will always not be an issue, and neither will be Hospitality! ;~)
 
It's reasons like this that I will NEVER live in SoCal. I don't know how all you folks do it. If I get delayed 10 minutes due to traffic it's highly unusual.

That food looked amazing Ketch. Man I'm hungry...
 
Ketch you totally ruined my diet for the week. After seeing those pics I just had to go out on a Lasagna binge!
