This Sunday Elcurado was kind enough to let me play around with his RedCam, so that i could ease my Red-Waiting pain ... cool!

Ok, it's just the obvious "shake your hair back an forth please" at 2K 70fps shot everyone does as a first test but ... i couldn't resist!

There's a bit of noise on your hair as you move sideways, is that also on the raw footage or is it a QT compression artifact?

hello there!

this one has it all:

- Lot of H264 compression on the BKG because of high noise caused by
- Underexposure (red zoom was wide open) caused by
- Weak , flickering lights with low light temperature causing
- Underexposure and noise in the blue channel

Summarizing, just having fun touching for the first time "THE THING", that was my biggest satisfaction at the moment.
I called it "tactile experience", after learning all the Theory in this forum :sorcerer:

can't wait ...

my only complain for now is the extraordinary mechanics quality gap between RED 18-50mm and RED 300mm .... post about it later in the appropriate section!
