Various RED speaking engagements at NAB

Hello Everyone,

As most of you know, RED will not have our big RED tent at NAB this year... You will however be able to get a healthy dose of RED at NAB if you are interested.

I'll be speaking at various venues at NAB, pretty much non-stop - here are some of the highlights for those that will be at NAB, and interested in attending:

(note: the speeches I'll be giving will cover pretty much the same thing at each venue, the difference being that we will be focusing on each particular solution and special strengths of each workflow as they relate to working with RED footage - so you should not feel like you need to attend each thing to learn about RED - come to the venues that are most appropriate for the work you are doing. For some of you that may be a number of these events, for others, just one or two.

Curious what this means exactly? I won't be at NAB sorry but no doubt I'll be knee deep in EpicX by the time you roll around to InterBEE again :)

Cheers,

Paul

Various RED speaking engagements at NAB

On behalf of those RED Users around the world that cannot get to NAB, is there away we can get video of the various events, we could pass around the hat to pay for it

Okay, I'll video it... in 4K!!!

I'll need a $21,000 budget to cover so, I guess we could go like this:

210 REDUser members who can't attend NAB pay $100 each = $21,000

105 REDUser members who can't attend NAB pay $200 each = $21,000

70 REDUser members who can't attend NAB pay $300 each = $21,000

42 REDUser members who can't attend NAB pay $500 each = $21,000

I skipped $400 because it would require 52.5 members and I don't think anybody wants their child to cough up any of their college savings for this.

...

Okay, a guy can dream can't he?
