  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

v6.0.10 Beta

Hi Trent,

I usually map motion mount ND increment and decrement to the side handle rocker. This does not appear to be working on the v6 beta. When I press the rocker I do get the on-screen text telling me increment or decrement, but the "Stops: 1.60 (ND Only)" does not change. I have to go to the lens menu and move the slider to get the value to change.

Thanks, we'll look into this.

Trent, it seems that AF confirmation is off. Due to lack of time I only tried with the Sigma 18-35 f1.8 Art yet.
The AF confirmation gives me green confirmation on out of focus parts and red on in focus ones.

Also in Still Mode the enhanced AF circle etc. isn't showing up on the 5" RED touch. It is though in motion mode.

Nothing should have changed here but we will take a look at it.

The Auto Focus settings are independent in Motion and Stills. Double check your Auto Focus Mode setting in Stills mode.

Couple bugs:

- When on AC power it warns me that I'm using an incompatible battery. Also warns me on some batteries that have % and some that don't. Seems random.
- The IP address manual entry no longer is limited to 3 characters. So you can type in 1234.1339.3913.3913. While in this code it would be nice if it auto-tabbed to the next field when 3 chars were entered and auto filled 255.255.255.0
- DHCP seems even less reliable when trying to refresh DHCP after startup. It works great when you reboot the camera it will always find an IP but if you just turn DHCP on/off it fails.

Thanks. We've been able to reproduce the two network bugs and will try to address them. Please file a support ticket and send in a log regarding the AC power issue.

Ooop, I found another bug:

- 4.5k WS/24fps isn't working on my Scarlet-X...

...heh heh jk. But you can't stop the dream.

I'm also noticing no autofocus on a couple of Nikon lenses. The lens is recognized but the af confirm does not seem to work.
