V-mount / Battery options

Hey guys, I tried searching but didnt really find anything.
I'm currently building up my scarlet and looking for power options.

I know and looked at so many options its getting silly. What I find utterly silly is, a mounting plate + adapter costs minimum $500bux.

What I found was this.. this looks promising, what what would I need to mount it to a set of 15mm rails?

Another really interesting thing I found was.

80bux for a battery plate!! Maybe a cheap vertical cheeseplate on rods 50bux. Is there some sort of adapter p-tap - lemo?

Thinking out loud..depending on the price of that cable.., that could simply be the cheapest powering option.. or maybe i'll just bite it and buy the MG1.

The Battery Slide from WC looks like a good solution to mount it to 15mm rails. Still more expensive than the MG1 plate.

how about something like this

its not going to be the most prettiest of things, the holes might not even line up.. but with some creativity,, industrial 3m double sided tape and a velcro strap.. it would work. Battery solution for under $350.

If they can make a cable for that redrock v-mount for less then 100bux.. that would be the cheapest option at under $250.

I like my MG1 plate, works perfect and its connects directly to the cam.... having stuff lose and hanging off or on rods will get tiresome quicker then you think since you will have no option to go compact or lightweight..

all i think about is Cable direction and place on plate..its really important this type of plates really unsucessful imho its just same direction with epic power input and its hard to plug it
