Using DSMC2 RED TOUCH 4.7" LCD as viewfinder, cons and pros

Not many people here have to use a small LCD from the first time without having red EVF, but maybe someone have an experience using a loop with 5 touch, I have found some nice ways, like this one here

But the connection does not look solid to me, anyone have an idea how does this will work with new 4.7 touch, thanks to all

I have one of these with my 5" I got from Joel. It works but it kinda has a weird fisheye feel to it
