Used PL Mount on Weapon Bodies

Is there a drawback to purchasing a used Titanium PL Mount versus the v2 for use with the Weapon body? In the market for a PL mount for my someday to come Scarlet-W.

The only issues I have ever had with the Titanium Pl mount is it sticking to the lens, occasionally causing delays on set. Anything else? Thanks!

I've seen some people recommend it before, though if anyone has issue with it I'd love to hear!

the used TI PL mount has no issues with the DSMC2 bodies.

If your PL mount was sticking, the milling on it may have been slightly off. The old Ti PL mount will work fine on Weapon bodies; there have been some that DID NOT work but RED has a fix for it so anyone sending in an Epic for a weapon upgrade sends in their PL mount for RED to check out.

I am using original v1 PL TI mounts on my Weapon MG and Scarlet-W without any problem. 1 went back to RED for inspection as part of the Weapon upgrade process, and the other one did not. Both were purchased used.
