Use Photoshop CS5 "Content-Aware-Fill" to create Green-Screen Background Plates.
Excellent demonstration of the new content-aware fill feature in Photoshop CS5. The possibilities are endless. Now we have access to millions of stock photos for use as green-screen composite background plates.

All you have to do is find a great inexpensive image (High-Res) on iStockPhoto or Dreamstime, then use content-aware fill in Photoshop CS5 to remove any people and other unwanted objects and then you can composite your green screen material over the top of the background plate. You can even use the new Puppet Warp tool to add some motion to the background and give it realism.
I've been using Photoshop since version 1.0 (I have the floppy for serial number 227) and this is BY FAR the coolest, and most useful Photoshop feature in 20 years since the introduction of the rubber stamp tool.
