URGENT! Problems with menu configuration

Hi,


i'm in Fuerteventura shooting a videoclip with my red dragon and i've leaved my side handle and red touch monitor in Italy, so it's not possible to access the menu and change the settings. I've only two buttons on the camera body and four on my 7" non touch LCD. Anyone know how to access the manu and eventually configure the buttons?

Your best/only bet short of borrowing a side handle would be to find a lemo to gigabit cable and use an app like FoolControl OSX or Minion WinRT.

If you could get a side handle even just for a couple minutes you could reprogram your 6 buttons to do: Up, Down, Left, Right and Enter/Back. That is all you technically need.

Download the DSMC Toolkit from RED.com, AFAIK this includes a tool to assign all buttons. Not sure though how to get the new preset loaded as force preset… but without access to any hardware probably the way to go. Good luck!
