Urgent - Charger Failure

Hi all,

In the middle of a shoot and suddenly the charger has stopped working.The fuses are fine (both in the plug & in the charger) & the power switch lights up, but the fan doesn't come on & none of the status lights do either.

We're halfway through our supply of batteries so if anyone has had this issue & knows how to sort it please let me know asap!

Stephen, Same thing happened to me. You will have to return the charger for servicing and in the meantime you can just use any V-lock charger suitable for Lithium-Ion batteries.

Same thing happened to me, but Fedex lost the charger on the way back to Red, so that was that.
I'm curious about the reason, as I'm wary about buying more Red Chargers.
What's the warranty on the Red Chargers?

Thanks for the replies guys. Thankfully we were able to get hold of another charger.

Partly my fault, I very cleverly let my 2nd charger go out on a different shoot so there was no back-up.
