Upgrading from Raven to Scarlet-W queue placement

I'm one of the first Raven pre-orders, and am likely going to to upgrade. I read that we keep our spot in line if we upgrade to Scarlet-W.

Since the Raven queue was before Scarlet-W was announced, does that mean that upgrading to Scarlet-W will put me near the start of the Scarlet-W queue?

Correct, you maintain your spot in line so if you were position 3 in Raven and the 2 people in front of you don't switch then you'll be position 1 on the Scarlet-W line.

I think I read somewhere that people who have scarlet D now are first in line, then the rest. Not 100% though.

I can confirm this info from my rep as well. I had an early Raven pre-order that has been switched to Scarlet-W. I haven't heard anything about SD owners getting priority, but for me I guess it doesn't matter since I've got one of those as well.

Actually, I'd be surprised if that were true, because I thought I had read somewhere that not all of the package contents were ready to ship? Please don't quote me on that.

How does the whole process work anyway? When it hits our spot in the queue, do they contact you and give you a window to make payment before shipping out the camera? What happens if you miss that window?

Jarred has mentioned that the early pre orders for Scarlet-W brains would end up in people's hands by Feb 14th. That's *in hand*, which means payment would need to be made a few days prior. But now Weapon MG is shipping 5 days earlier than expected, which may also mean that Scarlet-W will land before the expected date.

If that's the case, and I could be wrong, but the payment may need to be made in as little as a week from now. My investors won't be ready until the 14th, so I'm worried I'll miss my spot in the queue! I hoping someone can confirm that my place gets held, and they just skip me temporarily until payment is processed.

Who would have thought that the shipping date would have come so soon. It feels like I just pre-ordered yesterday (I ordered in Sept lol).
