Has any one heard/asked about how much it will cost to updrade the Red One current Misterium for the new Misterium X? Does this mean that will be able to do 5K on Red One once it is upgraded? Maybe it has been posted, but I can not find it.:excl:

Thanks,

"All things subject to change", but looks like RED One will be elligible for an upgrade to a 4K version of the Mysterium X sensor at some point after EPIC is released. Further details have not been announced -- like price. We don't know yet, still a year away.

Jim also had this to say about the new sensor:
Jannard said:
The read-reset of Mysterium X will be improved by about 40%. That means significantly less skew.
