  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hello,

I wanted to check in to find out if the update for Epic-M has started. Since I'm coming to California in this March with the Epic-M, I wanted to bring it in to RED and have the top part replaced? I notice the Epic-X has four larger screw holes to hold the top plate instead of how Epic-M has only two screw holes in the front to hold the top plate. Is that happening or I'm dreaming :)?

Also, I want to bring in my broken RED ROCKET card and the 17-50mm Pro Zoom to have the hood replaced, too. Do they take time to be taken care of?

They have not started the EPIC-M upgrade program yet. Hopefully soon!

As for the Rocket and lens, you should talk to your bomb rep about that stuff, maybe get it scheduled to happen while you're here. :)
 
Thanks Jeff, I will go to Hawaii first, so maybe send the RR from there and pick it up. I will contact my rep..

Rory, this one was the Battle Tested and died in about a week. I have handle many RR with special care, so it naturally just died.
