Updates for the 9" Monitor for EPIC

Are there any updates on the 9" monitor for EPIC? I'm hoping that it's still on the calendar.

If you are referring to the RED Touch 9" LCD, the last update RED gave was in September. "9" LCD - Shipping begins in January."

And since the 9" Touch LCD is RED's only 9 Inch LCD, I think its safe to assume thats what they mean when they refer to the 9INch LCD.

You're probably right. For some reason, I thought I heard about a non-touch-capable 9" display from RED a few years ago at the time they were talking about Scarlet. But, I suppose that became the 9" Touch LCD.

Price was always TBD, but the 7inch touchscreen they also said they were working on back in 2009 was supposed to be $2500.

I didn't know there was going to be a 7" display. Is that still going to be released, or has the product been abandoned?

I haven;t heard anything about it since 2009, so either they're working on the 9inch first, or the 7 has disappeared.

RED has already released the 5.6" and 7" LCD's long ago. I love the 7" RED LCD.

The new touch LCD's were to be 2.5", 5" and 9". The 2.5" was scrapped as it proved to be too small for practical use. The 5" is obviously here and the 9" is still in the works as far as anyone knows.

Not that I can ever recall. As far as I'm concerned, I'll buy whatever they build.
