I just updated Premiere CS6 and now all my audio files are re-conforming. I did a system restore to get back to before I did the update, but that did not fix the problem. Then, I thought it might be because I didn't reinstall the RedImporter plugins, so I installed them. That didn't fix the problem either.

I've been editing this project for 11 months and I'm about to export and now I have to deal with this..... grrrrrr.

No drives have change. Nothing has changed, except that I updated Premiere to the latest version of CS6. This is a huge project (17TB) and it would take days to re-conform the files.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Jeremy

This happened to me and I'm re-thinking using premiere going forward. My solution was to move to another computer that was running correctly on 6.0 with the same graphics card. then it worked. totally different computer, but the same GPU was the key. Tried a few different computers with the same "conforming" nonsense.

the upgrade to 6.05 or whatever, screwed my system up so bad, i had to erase and install.

EDIT: The conforming happened, but it was in the background and really fast.

Yeah, I've also been re-thinking premiere. It's a decent program to edit short videos (less than 15 minutes), but for long form projects (1 hour), it really lags bad. Premiere has cost me so much time over the past 11 months.
