  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

UO and RPP primes...

That rumor was just a sick psychological trick to get Jim to post some awesome lens x-rays. Worked.

BTW, did you notice that the x-rays do look like nuclear warheads if you squint your eyes just right?
 
Darn it:) I saw the header and was hoping UO and RPP meant something new and very cool about the RPP's.

Nice to see how fast things are settled, I'm a fan of x-ray images, and x-ray art.

heh heh heh thats exactly what we were gonna do.... until we found out just how much "casual" x-rays cost :)

Still.... might be worth the coin to just put a Red One under :)

To be able to shoot those pictures straight through a metal lens barrel, that must be one mean mother of an X-Ray machine.:violent5:

I'm just wondering whether the camera would still work afterwards, or would you have erased all the flash memory:cryin:

Since no one has specifically done so yet, thankyou to UniQoptics for providing your lens to a potential competitor to examine in such detail.

Both companies have showed a great fair play attitude here and should be commended as such.

being in russia i think i can arrange an x-ray for a vodka bottle :) i ll put my RED under. Just can someone tell me if its electronica are gonna be fine

It really sucks that you need to take the time/effort/cost/etc to address these types of accusations though. Sadly, it seems unavoidable.

Maybe you should challenge future accusers of providing (at their own expense) proof of their claims?

...for some reason, I'm thinking of the penalties inflicted on denounciators making false claims during the inquisition ;)
