Unusable Audio Issues Scarlet W

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with some audio issues I'm having on the Scarlet W. I'm using the DSMC2 V-LOCK I/O EXPANDER and running a shotgun mic to the mic jack. The audio sounds great in my headphones while shooting, but once I get it into premier, it's so low I can barely hear it. I suppose it could be useable as scratch audio in some instances, but I do almost all run and gun and I there are times when I just have to have useable audio from a shotgun mic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it's a bug in the latest firmware

Wow, thanks for the heads up. We just got our SW in not long ago and I haven't even tested the audio yet. I'll have to check that out.

upgrade firmware, there is a monitor level and pre amp gain. Play with the 2, same thing happened with my epic. if you are old firware I dont think you have these options
