Unsupported of Damaged File

I've just installed PP 5.5 after switching from FCP and I'm trying to import R3D's for an edit but keep getting the error message

Unsupported or damaged file,

Any ideas

I have downloaded the RED Epic importer from Adobe but unsure how to install it.

I figured it out. Need to install the EPIC importer from Adobe.

Also when you do an Adobe firmware upgrade you have to re-install the red importer.

This has been my most recent fight... Adobe CS5.5 workflow with Epic. I had my workflow for RED One footage down to a science. Time for some aspirin.
