They claim it goes 9 feet underwater! I find that hard to believe. It has a scuba inflator hose intake so you could equalise the pressure. Except the unit would then be EXTREMELY buoyant and place HUGE stress on the welded seams. I think that at even 2 feet underwater it would be very hard to use. However it would be great for shooting in the rain or maybe for 1/2 in out shots.
I have never used a splash bag deeper than surface level with any success. What do others reckon?

George, I saw this at NAB and it seems very well made. Even though sometimes we compete, I have to say the people at ASL are pretty good guys and pretty sharp - I don't think they would say that it could go to 9 feet if it couldn't. If you squeezed most of the air out you could probably sink it okay. However, I don't think they are expecting it to be used much for true underwater - I think that is more so people understand that it is truly totally submersible and waterproof and there is some safety factor.
