Unable to upgrade firmware: ssd mounts read only

Hello group:

I am helping a buddy upgrade his cameras firmware and we aren't allowed to drop the firmware folder onto the sad because its read only. Does anyone know how to change the mounting so its able to do both?

any help would be appreciated

Click the red icon in the upper right area of the screen. It's Red Watchdog, you change the settings there
