Been coloring and transcoding all day, been manually saving RMDs with no problems, now on reel 10 and all of a sudden i get that message. "Unable to save RMDs" Can anyone help out with this?

Some user permissions problem, maybe? Try to repair them.

Try updating to RCX 356, there are some known issues with 351:

If you're still having the same problem, please send logs to redcinex at red dot com. Future versions will have better error reporting so you'll know if you're running out of disk space, don't have permissions, etc.

So, I think I figured it out. I was wondering why only that reel wouldnt save rmds, so I went back to a previous reel and tried to save an rmd for a clip I already did and got the same error message. I was then getting errors in the browser trying to load new clips I was only getting red x's, and the information said something like "can not load clips, too may clips open"

So, I saved my looks, closed that project and started a new one, and that fixed it, and I was able to save rmds again. I guess if you have too much footage in 351 things just start shutting down. FYI I had about 4hrs of footage in 10 bins.

Upgraded to 356, so we'll see how much footage this can handle. :)

The "too many open files" error was a bug in 351 -- it's fixed in 356. So you should be good to go once you make the upgrade.
