Unable to mount SSD EPIC W

On latest firmware on new EPic W camera. First day of shooting the 960gb card worked mostly fine on set with only one error in loosing the SSD connection while the card is in the camera.

Today got 20 mins of shooting and then it wouldn`t mount. Reboots and reinserting the card multiple times did nothing. I left it for half an hour and then came back and it mounted....for one take. Then for the rest of time we had it was unable to find the SSD.

The card worked fine back at the office.

Anyone aware of this? I have another 960gb card on order. Should arrive in a couple days.

I have had the issue here and there with a 512, make sure you secure format after firmware updates

Tried secure format and thought it helped but it randomly dismounted twice today in 3 hours of camera on time.

Firmwares is uptodate as it is a 10 day old camera/new media.

Will contact bombsquad.

Can you test with a second card to see if that SSD umounts? If so you might be looking at dirty connectors within the camera?
