  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Perhaps there will be a RED DRAGON on the Red Dragon?
 
Trademarks are usually assigned to a specific type of business, like computer software, cameras, stuff like that. I seem to recall the writer Thomas Harris wrote a little novel back in 1981 titled Red Dragon, and he wouldn't be able to sue the Red Camera company because one's a novel (and a later film), and one's a camera. You'd have to prove confusion in the eyes of the consumer, and that can't happen since a NASA rocket is not a physical product you can buy.
