I'm selling my two Red Epic Dragon cameras. They have been superb and are a great investment.
We have two which are pretty much identical. The only difference is that one is an M, the other is an X and this one is around 6 months older.
An Epic-M is hand built, it has a longer warranty and takes priority on any upgrades from RED. REDarmour was bought with each camera extending the standard warranty. The X has a warranty that runs until October 2016 and the M has a warranty which runs until April 2018.
Both cameras have been upgraded to the new MINI mag format although we are not selling any media with the cameras.
Both cameras have the following items:
RED Epic Dragon Brain (1X and 1M)
DSMC side handle with REDVOLT holder.
5" touch screen
+1 module which allows for second monitor/viewfinder attachment.
V-Lock quickplate which allows V-lock batteries to be used cable free and battery data displayed.
Tactical top plate for adding accessories
Outrigger handle
Sliding top handle
Both cameras are installed with the skin tone OLPF and we have one low light OLPF
They have some usage marks on them but they have been very very reliable. The only fault was an SDI failure which was repaired under warranty. The top record button on one cameraman is temperamental but there are two other take buttons. I will put them both on to the latest firmware too.
I'm happy to sell as a pair or separately. I've a PDF with photos on that I can email. I'll see if I can upload some photos here at some point.
Looking for £17,000 plus VAT for the X and £19,500 plus VAT for the M. They currently retail at £24,000 plus VAT for the X kit and £27,600 plus VAT for the M kit.
