I took Steve Gibby's advice for the Tamrac Cyberpack in the past and had all intentions of keeping that aside for RED. However I started getting more and more gear for the topside snapping stuff and as such kinda filled that up with Canon gear.

Working with Ken Corben and Johnny Friday I saw that they were using the thinktank Photo roller cases which were quite impressive in their capacity. then I found that they are suitable as domestic and International carry on and TSA approved so I went and bought one. $367 well spent.

Nice !

Everything fits plus it looks like any other Roller at the Airport and carries all I need to arrive and shoot. A tad heavy but us big burly men can camouflage that !!! I won't be giving it to the missus to load thats fer sure.....beats advertising the fact that there's a camera inside as per when using a Pelican for example.

Cheers,
Mark.

Expect TSA (Thousands Standing Around) to look at and finger your RED good. Hell, they look at my HVX like it is a nuclear device, much less something like the RED, which to them looks like a P32 Space Modulator.

Biba - This is for carry on so a Pelican in an overhead locker?? Methinks not.

Abu - http://www.thinktankphoto.com/ttp_products.html find a dealer using the Dealer finder.

mcgeedigital - Same with anything they look into. I've had the same with VX100's all the way up. You should see the look on their faces when met with all the underwater gear I travel with !!

Cheers,
Mark.
