True 2k Computer Monitor for Post

[Kyle Mallory]

I just found this on sale at Buy.com for $220. I just bought a new 24"... I don't want to buy other...

[Jonathan Stevenson]

Wow, that's awesome! I wonder what it's color response is like...

[Miguel "Macgregor" De Olaso]

Isn´t that the same one that DELL sells?
It doesn´t have superb review in terms of colour response, but having a native 2K can be very helpfull if it can be well calibrated. It is so cheap that it might be worth to try.

[Jonathan Stevenson]

Even if the colors aren't PERFECT, for this price? This monitor combined with an MXO box would be pretty sweet.

[Adam Glick]

That's cool, but I would think that for most of us, accurate temporal and chromatic response of a display device is WAY MORE important than a few more pixels...

its great for editing, I`ll get one, you do cc on a class a monitor anyway...
