Hey folks! I got the chance to test out this new slider from Trost. Check out my review and I'll try to answer any questions you may have. I was pretty impressed that I have arranged a group buy for you guys. There is only going to be 30 units available at this discount pricing. It will be as follows:

1-15 units GROUP BUY OFFICIALLY OVER
16-30 units GROUP BUY OFFICIALLY OVER

- Unit comes in 75cm, or 100cm lengths. The second axis accessory is a 50cm length.
- discount also applies to the accessories but only when purchased with the 75mm or 100mm slider.
- The discount does not apply to the 50cm axis if purchased alone. (Which BTW would also require an extra baseplate)
- lifetime warranty
- Free Fedex shipping within USA
- International Fedex Shipping is flat $200
- only charged when unit is ready to ship.

Check out there website for more info: www.trostmotion.com

This sale will run until January 31st or until the 30 units are allocated. Just email me (trostslider@icloud.com) your contact info and the unit you want, and Trost will send you a coupon code for purchase.

It looked really neat when you showed it to us, Bob! Great review as well.

Great review, Bob. Looks like an excellent product.

I forgot to mention in my review, that I also took just the 50cm slider out and is awesome as a portable slider that needs no bracing. A great travel jib. It's nice having 2 different length sliders.

Nice Review

Seen this Slider, and first thing came to mind was its solidity... Most certainly a different approach to most and most welcome is the addition of the extra axis with a second slider... Nice review Bob, and good to see you... On video at list... ;)

Only thing that could make this an even more attractive Slider would be a way to mount a Belt w/Motor.

PS: You posted this in the wrong section of this Forum Bob, you should have a Mod move it to the "Accessories for DSMC" section... ;)

Thanks Ketch. They have had requests for a motor drive and they are looking at it seriously. Thanks for checking it out. It's so hard to describe in a video how smooth this slider is. It's smooth....

please count me in for the 100cm plus 50cm second axis....have been looking a this one....

When you say no bracing you mean you can mount the 50cm by itself just on a tripod?

Can we buy the 50cm alone w/ discount?

Hi Nick. The discount on accessories only applies to when you buy either the 75 or 100cm length sliders. I would suggest teaming up with someone who is only going to buy the 100cm and add to their order.

looks sick really want that!!!!

As Usual very well in depth thorough demonstration. Well done Bob :-)
