OUr company has an OC 2060 and a Miller Arrow 25. Love them both. 2060, we use for more studio style fully crewed stuff. In fact we're using two right this week for a Nissan spot with Alura / Alexa combos. It can handle it beautifully. For run n gun and some indy stuff, it can be a bit much. Our Arrow 25 has been our doc, small crew indy, or just a tripod that can go places no other can set up. I find its action almost O'Connor smooth at 1/3 the price. We use it with Miller VJ legs which all my AC's uniformly hate but ops and myself love. Those legs are so versatile, light and stiff. I set them behind bars, between bus seats, ford streams, ovehead bed shots, etc. They go from 8" to 72" with no spreader.
If you have to choose one, ask yourself what kind of shoots you do. Miller Arrow 50 is also good especially if you plan to use heavier lenses.
Used market is worth looking into. Make sure it's a reputable seller. We bought our use 2060 from Ketch Rossi a few years back and it arrived with a gasket lease, which Ketch covered no questions asked. We got it for at least 1/3 below list and it has at least another 10-15 years left in it. With used, you have to scour the usual places everyday. Because if it's good at a good price it goes fast. Beware of Sachtlers and Vintens. They're great kit, but often times when they enter the used market, it's from ENG or reality work and that's a true beat down on gear. Owner ops are usually the best bet.
What's nice about the Epic is you can go with a lighter head that I couldn't with the R1 or Alexa. With primes, the Miller 25 is just perfect. Not with cine zooms. So get the head you'll mostly use and rent for the bigger rigs (at that point someone other than yourself should be paying for it.)
