TRANSDATA ERROR! which firmware do i need to install so it does not do that.

I am getting a transdata error
which firmware do i need to install so i dont get that CRAP while shooting.

I cant go build 21 it needs to be builds 20

And i dont know my password so any help would be awesome im on set right now.

Hey Luis,

Moving up to the current release of build 20 v.20.1.6 should keep these from happening during the recording process but fact is the firmware is communicating a possible fault within that drive path (likely drive or drive cable) and that should be looked out when you have an open window.

Sean, it will be good if we can have a diagnostic test during fitting out to make sure our drives or cables are in good order. Lim
