  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I have a problem with my Touch LCD 5.0. At first the screen became green and later the monitor stopped working at all. I disassembled it and discovered that the flex cable is broken.
Any ideas where i can get a new one?

I believe only RED can fix this...
How did you manage to break that internal cable? I have been using mine heavily swivelling it back and forth all the time...
You didn't by any chance "manage" to swivel the LCD beyond the 180˚ in each direction?

Well, you could ask Red nicely to sell you just the cable, as long as you're technically competent enough to put it all back together without shorting things out. Obviously Red won't cover any damage you do if you do it yourself.
 
Mine has done the same, was RED able to fix it? And if so how much did it cost? Thanks
