Is there a vendor that makes or would build a top mount that has two rows of threaded screw holes, and no rod inserts?

Top mounts would screw to the top threads of the Red body. The first row would be able to accept the Red top handle and handle extension. The second row in the front would accept the spud arm of the LCD, or the Element Technica EVF mount, the second row in the back would mount either the Red cradle, or the Red quick plate. Lightweight with a seemless design.

Thanks

The ET top mount would work for the front of the camera. The issue on the back of the camera is not being able to mount the red handle extension, and a red cradle/quickmount, because there is only one set of holes, if there where two sets of top holes, then you would be able to mount the cradle/quickmount.

I shoot mostly action sports type stuff. I have no need for a cheese plate, or top rods. I already have a great handheld system that will work. I want to be able to mount my red cradle/quickplate on the back of the camera, and have the top handle and extension, plus EVF mount on the front.

Having a design that could incorporate this would, keep things simple, and save on weight, ie back strain.

I hope this made more sense.

yeah but couldnt you use the top mount combo to hang the quickplate or cradle to the back "side" of the ET top cheeseplate.
may not be ideal but does the cradle always have to be on the back?
