Top Handle Options with 4.7" Monitor

What are you 4.7" monitor guys using for a top handle? Just got my Raven set up and realized the screw-on WC handle doesn't fit. The Red universal handle seems a little short to me (using gold mount batteries, so length doesn't matter) and I'm nervous that some of the other options are going to sit really tall and block a lot of the monitor. Thanks.

FWIW I have ended up using the outrigger handle instead. I put my fully built camera in the bag sideways (no big thing) but in operation it is what I like the most as the handle does not interfere with viewing the screen or folding it down, and the handle puts my index finger in the perfect spot to scroll on the sidekick if I want to make adjustments there on the fly rather than on the touch screen.
