I have a normal Tokina 11-16 and lately when mounted the aperture is not showing up. Shutdowns and taking it off and putting it on again have had no effect. Has anyone else seen this?

Same problem in both positions. I got the camera to display aperture once this past weekend by engaging very, very slowly.

Does it work OK on a DSLR?

If not, check the contacts on the lens.

If it does, try a different lens on the Scarlet.

If that has the same issue, the problem is the Scarlet body or mount.

I have a 28-70 AT-X Pro II and the Scarlet freaks out sometimes where it goes into this 'iris close, iris open' mode, doing it two or three times. It usually only happens if there's a lighting change where it gets too bright.

At first I thought it was because I didn't lock my f-stop to F/22 then dial it in via the monitor but even then, it still does this. It's really odd. I have a 2-something firmware, though, need to update and see if that'll solve anything.

The lens works perfectly in video mode on my Nikon D7000.

this happened to me once. check the pin contacts inside of the canon mount. Sometimes they stick down.
